    Existing patients

    If you're an existing Hoag Medical Group patient you can schedule through Hoag Connect MyChart or the Hoag Connect MyChart app on your mobile phone.

    New patients

    If you're a new Hoag Medical Group patient, you can schedule online from the doctor’s profile page or use our Find a Doctor directory to locate their profile.
