Strong Mom, Strong Core: Find Your Core Postpartum
A specialized pelvic floor physical therapist will teach you to self-assess your ability to recruit your deep core muscles and instruct on exercises to build toward your desired fitness program.
Mommy N’ Me Yoga
Yoga can help you adjust to the physical and emotional demands of motherhood. Many of these poses will help make your infant more comfortable and calm and deepen the experience of bonding with your baby. The class is designed for new moms and babies six weeks old to crawling.
Maternal Mental Health Program
Hoag Maternal Mental Health Program is dedicated to helping women experiencing mental health conditions before, during and after pregnancy to ensure healthy outcomes for both mothers and babies.
Support Groups – evening group on Mondays from 6 to 7 p.m. and daytime group on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Support Line – free support line to help connect to mental health providers. Line open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
