About Sleep Disorders
Reasons for not getting enough sleep can vary from person to person. Some
individuals have inadequate sleep because of illness, depression, anxiety,
stress, poor sleeping environment, abuse of alcohol or heavy smoking.
Others may suffer from one of a number of diagnosable and often treatable

disorders of the sleep-wake cycle and Restless Leg Syndrome can prevent
you from getting the sleep that you need.
More than 100 different sleep disorders have been identified. These disorders
