Leanna Wagner LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Bachelor of Social Work at Azusa Pacific University and Master of Social Work at Cal State University Long Beach.

She discovered her passion for Palliative Care during her graduate internship at Hoag Family Cancer Institute’s Palliative Care Program. Leanna is an advocate for patient self-determination and improving quality of life for those facing a serious illness.

Leanna provides supportive counseling, advance care planning, education and resource connection to patients and their families. Leanna’s interests outside of work include spending time with her family, enjoying the beach and skiing.
