Susan Johnson, R.N, MPH is a Registered Nurse with a Magnet certification in Faith Community Nursing, a Master of Public Health degree, and is bilingual in Spanish. Susan has held many different roles in her career, working in the hospital, clinics, university setting, serving on non-profit boards and participating in international health efforts. Currently, Susan manages the Hoag Faith Community Nursing Program. Her background has prepared her to effectively lead a multi-faith group of Faith Community Nurses covering the spiritually based health and wellness needs of diverse congregations.
