Sand Canyon, was recently awarded three prestigious real estate achievements
- LEED® Silver certification, “Best New Medical Office Building”
by Healthcare Real Estate Insights Award™ and one of the top “New
Construction” projects for 2016 from the SPIRE Awards by Corporate
Real Estate Women Orange County (CREW-Orange County).
Receiving the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®)
Silver certification, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, Hoag
Health Center Irvine was awarded for implementing practical and measurable
strategies and solutions aimed at achieving high performance in: sustainable
site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection
and indoor environmental quality.

Hoag Health Center Irvine also received the 2016 Healthcare Real Estate
Insights Award™ in the “Best New Medical Office Building 100,000
Square Feet or More” category, and was recognized as the second
most important new construction project of 2016 from the SPIRE Awards
by Corporate Real Estate Women OC (CREW-Orange County).
