Teresa Conk

Teresa Conk is Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Institutes Officer. In this role, she is responsible for leading the strategy and operations of each of Hoag’s Clinical Institutes: Hoag Women’s Health Institute, Hoag Family Cancer Institute, Jeffrey M. Carlton Heart & Vascular Institute, Pickup Family Neurosciences Institute, and the Digestive Health Institute.

Ms. Conk has more than 25 years of leadership experience in health care. She has worked extensively in the areas of Strategy, Planning, Physician Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development and Ambulatory Operations.

Prior to joining Hoag, Ms. Conk served as Chief Strategy Officer and Associate Vice Chancellor at UCI Health, having responsibility for strategy and integration across the clinical enterprise and the School of Medicine. She has also served in senior leadership roles at CHOC Children’s and St. Joseph Hospital in Orange.

Ms. Conk earned her Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Southern California, and her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Chapman University.
