Shivani is a certified Yoga & Mindfulness Guide and works with individuals one-on-one to change their relationship with their mental health and anxiety. This holistic approach is tailored for each case, as there is no one size fits all to mental health. She integrates mindfulness into her classes to allow students to truly connect body, mind, and movement for a more integrated experience.

She is also trained in both pre and postnatal yoga and integrates mindfulness, pranayama, and asana so her students are able to manage the stresses that come along with pregnancy and motherhood effectively. Her classes include explanations of anatomy, physiology, and modifications for a more comprehensive practice. Additionally, Shivani leads guided meditations for both private and group sessions to introduce the basics of meditation, mindfulness, and connecting within to ease stress and anxiety.
