  • Registered Dietitian

Aniela is a registered dietitian with experience in clinical, acute care, subacute care, long term care, and wellness fields of dietetics. Aniela earned her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis and is in the process of becoming a part of the International Board of Lactation Consultants. Her first few years as a dietitian were spent in Anaheim Regional Medical Center helping critical patients in the ICU, babies in the NICU, and the general hospital population. While still working in the hospital, she became an outpatient dietitian in multiple Wesley Clinics and Head Start Centers as she desired to more deeply and thoroughly accompany people on their healthcare journey. She has counseled hundreds of patients and promoted healthier lifestyles for those struggling with diabetes, cardiac health, weight loss, cancer, eating disorders, and IBS. Aniela has also worked as a long-term care dietitian at St. Edna Subacute and Rehabilitation Center. Her experience coupled with her use of current evidence-based nutrition research powerfully helps her patients overcome their nutritional challenges today. In her free time, she loves to play pickle ball, write music, deepen her faith, and play boardgames with her friends and family.
