Full Body Stretch

In this class, you will start with a short warm-up of active flowing movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. You will then be led through a series of focused, static and deep stretches for selected major muscle groups to enhance joint mobility, range of motion and muscle flexibility which can help to reduce the risk of injury and release tension. Equipment may include a mat, yoga strap/stretch rope, yoga block and/or chair.
