Core & Stretch

The class will start with a short warm-up, transition into core strengthening exercises, followed by specifically targeted stretches that will change from week to week. All levels are welcome.

Recommended equipment: Mat, Yoga Strap ( towel, or a soft belt), Yoga Block.
