Dr. Milka Gronlund, PhD, PsyD specializes in wellness and has been practicing
internationally for over 20 years. She is a beloved instructor at Hoag
who modifies her classes to fit all needs and levels and offers variety
in her classes, which include gentle yoga, relaxation, mindfulness and
meditation. Her classes are ideal for those who want to de-stress and
find a peaceful connection between the body and mind. She is certified
in personal training, group fitness, yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Reiki
in addition to other wellness certifications.
