Cancer Outpatient Treatment Clinic
Hoag’s Cancer Outpatient Treatment Clinic (COTC) is an outpatient infusion center that provides care for all Hoag patients who need intravenous infusions, blood products, plasmapheresis, or medical injections. The staff provides assistance to patients in caring for intravenous devices, such as ports and catheters for chemotherapy administration.

Inpatient Hematology Oncology Care
Most of the inpatient delivery of chemotherapy and the inpatient management of complications that are secondary to cancer and/or its treatment take place on the 8th floor of the West Tower of Hoag. In order to assure high quality oncology patient care and to retain oncology specialized nurses, the 8th floor has functioned as an inpatient oncology unit since 1990.
