Our Compliance Officer is tasked with monitoring, advising and improving upon the Hospital's adherence to these rules, regulations and laws.

Hoag Hospital's Corporate Compliance Program is intended to demonstrate in the clearest possible terms the absolute commitment of Hoag Hospital to the highest standards of compliance. That commitment reaches all levels at the Hospital. Included are the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, Department Heads, Managers and Supervisors throughout the organization. All of these individuals or groups are prepared to support all employees in meeting the standards set forth in this Code. Hoag Hospital is committed to maintaining an organizational and accountability structure which assures compliance with governmental laws, rules and regulations, and supports the Hospital's ethical standards, code of conduct and zero tolerance for fraud, abuse, and waste.
