This class series is appropriate for patients and caregivers dealing with the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. Classes are held weekly. Topics include: Parkinson's disease and treatment overview, rehab therapies for Parkinson's disease, speech therapy, and surgical intervention.

Sleep Disorders
The
Judy & Richard Voltmer Sleep Center is offering a program to treat
insomnia. The six-week course is designed to break the pattern of
insomnia through cognitive-behavioral therapy and teach participants
coping techniques to alleviate their insomnia and improve quality of
life. Enrollment in this course is $100.
