Once registered to deliver at Hoag, you and your family will have access to a first-class experience. Included at the
Sue and Bill Gross Women’s Pavilion is an advanced fetal diagnostic testing unit to monitor the health of both mother and her unborn baby in a comfortable and relaxed setting. A state-of-the-art seven-bed antepartum unit for women who require hospitalization prior to labor is located adjacent to the 18 fully equipped labor, delivery, and recovery suites. For women undergoing a cesarean section, the pavilion has three dedicated operating rooms and an experienced team whose highest priority is to provide safe, quality care to both mother and baby.
Maternity Orientation
**Highly recommended for expectant mothers who are newly pregnant**
This FREE orientation class is designed to help you plan for your
baby's birth at Hoag. The class will provide you with information about our
facility, available resources and expectations for your
hospital experience. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions
and meet with staff and pediatricians. Note: this class does not include a
tour of the hospital. This is a couples class and attendance is encouraged early in your pregnancy.
