Gynecologic Surgeon Team

Gynecologist Oncologist
A Gynecologic Oncologist is an obstetrician/gynecologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of women with cancer of the reproductive organs. More specifically, a gynecologic oncologist treats cancer of the ovary, endometrium, uterus, cervix and vagina.

Gynecologist
A gynecologist specializes in the health of the female reproductive system (uterus, vagina, and ovaries).
Reproductive Endocrinologist
A reproductive endocrinologist specializes in treating women with reproductive disorders. Many infertile couples choose to see a reproductive endocrinologist when deciding upon fertility treatments. It is a reproductive endocrinologist's job to identify factors involved in infertility and appropriate methods with which to treat these factors.
Urogynecologist
A Urogynecologist specializes in the diagnosis, management and treatment of pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse and urinary fecal incontinence.
GYN Nursing Team
Hoag’s Gynecologic Robotic Surgery Program also provides a dedicated team of Magnet®-certified nurses, who are specialty trained in gynecologic care. Hoag’sgynecologic nursing team works together with the patient and her physician to ensure positive outcomes and a patient-centered environment.
GYN Surgical Support Team
Working alongside our board-certified, specialist surgeons is a comprehensive robotic surgical team. The GYN robotic surgery team consists of anesthesiologists, anesthesia and surgical techs, as well as surgical assistants. This team works collaboratively to ensure a safe and efficient robotic surgical process.
