  • Herbert Family Program for Young Adults with Type 1 Diabetes
 
    The Herbert Family Program focuses on meeting the unique needs of young adults with type 1 diabetes (age 18-30). The program addresses the financial, psychological, social and physical changes that challenge not only the young adult but also their family and support system.

    1st Thursdays

    Join the Herbert Program the first Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m at the Yard House in Costa Mesa for a chance to connect and share stories with other young adults with type 1 diabetes.
