How do I Pre-Register?
- To help prepare you for this exciting time and ensure the best possible health outcomes for you and your baby, we ask that you take a minute to review our Having a Hoag Baby page. Have your baby at Hoag—get started today!
- Pre-registration is available for Hoag Hospital Newport Beach and Hoag Hospital Irvine. Please speak with your provider regarding the best location for you and your family.

- Irvine: 949-517-3228, available Monday-Friday 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Pre-Register by Mail: In the event you have difficulty completing the pre-registration form online, please download the PDF and mail it to Hoag Hospital (One Hoag Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92663) immediately. English or Spanish.
